David from the book called "Icefire" ( 2003 novel, the picture of the book to the left) is my favourite character because he is brave, funny, and pretty smart.

David is funny because he names the clay dragons funny names like Gadzooks or gollygosh golitely.

David is brave because he was able to take down an evil Sybil which is basically a witch.

David is pretty smart because he left a small listening dragon in the Sybil's room which can be used to speak the secret password of the Sybil's case.

That is why David is one my favourite characters.If you want to read the sequel to it just look for Firestar.

 You should read icefire because in the story the main character has to solve the ancient mystery of the dragons.It's in a series and is a sequel to the fire within.It is very interesting.Mysterios. There are a bunch of new sequels to it.
